Family Story
Bang Bang Bagels is a family story.
The idea of a bagel cart came from Kitty who had been enjoying gourmet bagels while travelling overseas. She teamed up with her step dad Sylvain, her brother Jack and her partner George when she returned to New Zealand after teaching English in Shanghai.
Kitty's mum Anna, who is a real foodie and home cook extraordinaire completed the team and brought some major family secret recipes into the mix.

Kitty's passion for food dates back to her childhood and teenage years watching mum cook and learning some seriously good recipes. She puts all her heart into each bagel to deliver the perfect balance of flavours in each and every one of them.
